You can find your beginning number listed in RED opposite your Priory name and number on the Count of Members pdf form. [CLICK: (HERE )
Proxy forms are also available on the website [ RESOURCES ] for your dais officers in the event they cannot attend the Annual Conclave of Convent General and wish to have a member represent them. It is important that your Priory be represented at the Annual Conclave and in the event the dais officers cannot attend, they should have a member of that Priory carry their proxy.
The Annual Returns are an especially important part of the records of Convent General and furnish the
necessary information to keep our records current. Please take the time to complete the form in its
entirety to ensure correct information for your Priory. The dates and places of scheduled conclaves for
2025-2026 should be shown on page 2 since this is the source of information for scheduling visits by the
Grand Officers. The National Numbers, Priory Sequence Numbers, Names and Dates of Induction
must be listed as these will be checked against the Acceptance forms previously submitted. A name on
the report will not be considered unless the Acceptance form for that Knight is on file in this office. All
fees must be current. Do not use any other number than that listed in RED opposite your priory name
and number. If an adjustment is necessary, it can be accounted for in your report under “Errors “.
The report period is through June 30, 2025. The report must reach this office no later than July 31;
Reports 1 to 30 days late will be subject to a $ 25.00 late fee. Reports more than 30 days late will be
subject to a $ 100.00 late fee per new knight listed on the Annual Report Form when filed. The timely
submission of your report is requested to make a current report to Convent General. We have a new
fillable PDF Annual Report form on the website. Please use this form for your Annual Report.
The 90th Annual Conclave is scheduled to be held in Mobile, AL on October 4, 2025, at the
Renaissance Mobile Riverview Hotel. The reservation forms will be available on our website in the
near future. The Policy Committee, which consists of the Offices of Convent General and all Past Grand
Master Generals will meet on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 7:00 PM. Personal Representatives are
requested to join this meeting at 7:30 PM. The Registrars’ meeting will take place immediately following
the conclusion of the Policy Meeting. The 90th Annual Conclave of Convent General Knights of the
York Cross of Honour will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 9:00 AM. The Memorial Service
for all departed Knights will take place at 1:00 PM. The York Cross of Honour Medical Research.
Foundation will immediately follow the conclusion of the Memorial Service.
It is hopeful that all Registrars, especially new Registrars, attend the Registrar’s meeting held at the
Annual Conclave. Items of interest are always discussed, and it will make your job much easier and
answer any questions you may have.
